Do you have a shopfront?

One day! At present we are an online business but watch this space as magic is happening. Local pick up is available from Marcoola, Sunshine Coast.

Do you ship Australia wide?

All products can be shipped Australia wide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Debit, Credit Cards & PayPal.

What is your return & refund policy?

Unless an item is damaged, we do not offer returns, exchange or refunds. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Do you do provide for wholesale?

Our jewellery is available for wholesale. Please feel welcome to connect with us via for more information and prices.

Do you have any favourite vendors for weddings & events?

How do I care for my jewellery?

All of our jewellery is made using 14k gold filled findings, freshwater pearls and precious gems.

To clean, just use some warm water and a soft cloth.

Can I order a custom made piece of jewellery?

We are happy to receive requests for custom made pieces.

Where do you service for floral arrangements?

We generally focus between Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast but are most happy to quote for other areas across Australia.

Can you make a custom floral arrangements based on my preferences?

Absolutely! We love creating dreamy floral arrangements that speaks to your heart.

Could you create dried floral arrangements?

Yes! I adore and specialise in dried blooms. I love how they can be enjoyed for years to come.

Can you help me choose the right flowers?

Of course! We are most happy to assist you through the ideation and inspiration phases.

What is the cost range for your floral arrangements?

Unfortunately, there is no simple answer for this question. Costs are dependant on a range of factors like flowers, design, quantity and availability. Quotes are therefore unique to each request.

Please note that there is a $600 minimum spend.

Do you have payment plans for floral orders?

Yes! Once the $300 deposit is received, we can negotiate payment terms. Full payment must be received within 30 days of the event.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately no. All of our blooms are made to order. On the rare occasson we may have a few arrangements available which can be picked up locally.
